The family room was well-appointed and featured a lovely bathroom. It included convenient amenities like a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. the location is fantastic, situated next to various eateries on the main road, a wonderful bakery, and the local township.

Recommend because I liked it and did not want to leave there. This was a great stay during my long road trip. Hotel's location was marvellous and easy, close to all amenities. Staff was super welcoming.

The room I got was modern and had a comfortable bed, the staff were really pleasant, and the location was great too.

Front of bathroom vanity basin dirty,bedside table hadn't been wiped for some time,had marks from glasses being sat on it.

The Homestead Motel offers great value with its well-priced rates, especially when compared to other budget accommodations. It enjoys a central location, making it a short walk to the railway station and a delightful bakery for breakfast. Plus, it's conveniently located not far from the entrance to the town center, adding to its appeal.

Carpets dirty & bits & pieces of rubbish throughout. Bathroom just newly renovated however there was dust on the window sill, the basin was dirty, mirrors & glass very streaky. Pillows & bed very uncomfortable. Price reasonable - $98.

Had really enjoyable stay during our long road trip, the staff were attentive, location was magnificent close to everything. Location: the hotel was next to bakery and eateries on the main road and a nice park. We stopped by Little Darling Cafe for coffee and treats, it was not very far from the property.

The motel boasts a convenient location, close to eateries along the main road, including fast food options and restaurants. It's also near attractions like the zoo, the old Dubbo Gaol, and Main Street. we were just a short 5-minute drive from Toowoon Bay.

Tea ,coffee, and milk were not restocked. The toilet roll holder kept falling off the wall it was a cheap suction cap thing.The pool area had long dead grass and was full of bindies you had to wear you shoes right to the pool edge.If we didnt put the chain on our door it kept popping open.

The units here are quite spacious and the bed is really comfortable. 🛏️.

It was close to all amenities, pleasantly surprised we thought there would be a lot of road noise ' but this was not the case, liked the idea that you could back the car to the passage way so one did not have to lift the lugage into the car, woud sujest that a warning note to residents when coming out of the bath room that if feet are wet they could slip on the tiles out side th bath room door, a health and safty issue. Other wise we were very comfort able. Have a nice day,

The location was great and easy, within easy walking distance of Dubbo Showground Event Management Company. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.
